Buyer Information

Ordering & Trade Information

TL Machinery supports single-unit evaluation orders, dealer purchasing and larger B2B machinery orders. Final commercial terms depend on the selected model, configuration, destination and shipment arrangement.

Order Planning

Confirm quantity, timing and trade terms

01

Minimum Order Quantity

Standard machinery orders can start from 1 unit. A single machine can also be ordered for evaluation or as a dealer first order.

OEM, private-label and customized orders may have different minimum quantities depending on the requested work.

02

Production Lead Time

For standard configurations, production to shipment is typically around 20 days. Actual timing depends on the model, configuration, customization, quantity and current production schedule. The confirmed lead time is stated in the formal quotation or PI.

03

Trade Terms

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP quotations can be coordinated depending on the destination, shipment type, customs/import arrangement and final order structure. DDP is not available for every destination.

Available terms and included costs are confirmed in the formal quotation for the specific shipment.

Commercial & Shipping Details

Review payment, quotation validity and shipping

01

Payment

The standard payment arrangement is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise stated in the formal quotation or PI.

The applicable contracting/export entity and payment details are identified in the formal quotation or PI before payment.

02

Quote Validity

The validity period is stated on each formal quotation because equipment, freight and exchange-rate conditions may change.

03

Shipping Arrangement

For full-container shipments, Qingdao is commonly used as the China-side shipping port.

For single-unit or consolidated shipments, the machine may first be delivered to the freight forwarder's consolidation warehouse. The warehouse location depends on the shipping plan and may be in locations such as Yiwu or Guangzhou. These are consolidation locations, rather than fixed export ports for every shipment.

Dealer & Custom Orders

Plan evaluation orders and customization

01

Dealer First Order / Trial Unit

Dealers can start with one machine for evaluation before considering larger orders.

02

OEM & Private Label

TL Machinery can coordinate buyer logos and private labeling, OEM branding, selected appearance or configuration changes, and model-specific customization.

Availability, technical feasibility, minimum quantity, additional cost and lead-time impact are confirmed after the requested customization is reviewed with the selected manufacturing partner.
