The double-cone drum uses twin spiral mixing blades and a convex bottom. Hydraulic rotation through a gear pump and swing motor supports mixing, and two double-acting cylinders lift the drum.

The drum support rotates hydraulically through 270° and uses hydraulic brake locking. The manually controlled unloading chute can swing up to 90°. Chute tilt adjustment and drum tilt operation are controlled separately and cannot be performed together. Two chute extensions are included as standard.

Is the 3.5 m³ model right for your jobsite?

Batch Output

Suitable to evaluate when the project requires higher batch demand or larger pours.

Site Access & Transport

Check gates, turning space, ground conditions, unloading clearance and transport limits against the confirmed machine dimensions.

Engine & Market Requirements

Confirm destination-country requirements and engine configuration before quotation.

Engine configurations can be selected according to destination-market requirements. Please provide the destination country and applicable emission requirements when requesting a quotation. Supply to Brazil is currently unavailable.

Configuration, shipping and after-sales support

Configuration

Confirm engine, weighing option and required machine setup before order.

Shipping

Normally shipped in 40HQ. Final packing and shipping arrangement depends on confirmed configuration and destination. Confirm shipping dimensions with your quotation.

After-sales

Remote troubleshooting and replacement-parts support are available after shipment. Overseas support consists of remote technical guidance; no on-site service is provided.

Consider on-site concrete preparation for remote construction sites, rural construction, foundations, road and infrastructure work, and small to medium job sites where ready-mix supply is inconvenient. Plan material supply and a suitable mix design for the project. Site suitability depends on access, ground conditions and the selected machine configuration.

FAQ

Buyer Questions

What does the mixer capacity mean?

2.6 m³ and 3.5 m³ describe rated concrete output per batch. They do not describe the total internal drum volume or hourly production.

What is the difference between rated output and drum volume?

Rated output is the concrete produced per batch. The larger drum provides mixing space: 4.2 m³ for the 2.6 m³ model and 5.5 m³ for the 3.5 m³ model.

Which size is better for small construction sites?

Start by comparing the 2.6 m³ model for smaller pours. Choose by batch demand, access, unloading space and transport limits; a smaller rated output alone does not confirm site suitability.

Can the engine configuration be changed for different markets?

Engine configurations can be selected according to destination-market requirements. Please provide the destination country and applicable emission requirements when requesting a quotation. Supply to Brazil is currently unavailable.

What information should I provide before requesting a quotation?

Provide destination country, quantity, required batch output, project type, access constraints, transport requirements and engine or emission requirements. Supply to Brazil is currently unavailable.

Can the machine work where ready-mix concrete supply is difficult?

On-site mixing is an option for remote or rural projects where ready-mix delivery is inconvenient. Plan aggregate, cement and water supply, mix design, operator training and site conditions before choosing equipment.
